Returns & FAQs


We want you to look and feel fabulous in all of our beauties. So, if you are not satisfied with the fit or quality of your order, we will gladly accept your return within 20 days of the delivery date.

-In order to process a return please email Sales@LouletteLingerie.com to receive receive a return authorization. 

Without return authorization, your package will be returned to you and your return will not be processed.

- Once your return is authorized, we will send you a return form that will need to be filled out and included when you ship back your merchandise. Please note the price of shipping the item back will need to be covered by the customer.

- Please note when posting your return; we will deduct the initial cost of shipping when your order was purchased.

- To receive your refund, we ask that all products are unworn, unwashed, and free of any alterations. Merchandise must have all original tags attached and come with its original packaging.

-All Panties and Made-to-Order items are NON-RETURNABLE

-Additionally, we ask that you please try on your new  bodysuits with underwear on.

-We only accept items purchased at www.LouletteLingerie.com

-Any sale item(s) purchased at 50% off are final sale.

-Returns that don’t comply with Loulette Lingerie's returns policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer.

-If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return it for refund or store credit and place a new order.

-The refund will be made using the payment method chosen for the online purchase. The refund will be processed once the item(s) is received and inspected.



How do I contact customer service?

What is Loulette Lingerie return policy?

-Panties are non returnable.

-Made to Order pieces are non-returnable.

-All returnable merchandise will only be accepted for return 20 days from delivery date.

-All product must be unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled. Merchandise must have all original tags attached. 

When will my order be shipped?

All order will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend won’t be shipped until the next business day. During high volume periods orders may need more than one business day to be processed.

How long will it take to receive my package?

For standard shipping 3-5 business days for Domestic Orders

International Standard 10 to 25 days depending on location.

Why can’t I find my size?

Loulette Lingerie is still a small company and we don't have the capabilities to produce all size ranges at the moment. Each size range requires a lot of financial and time investments in order to insure that everything is engineered perfectly for all sizes. If you do not see your size please email Sales@LouletteLingerie.com as we have been able to make some pieces made to order! We hope to keep growing as a company and extended our size ranges as we grow!
